Audit Pro records a large amount of data about student performance and the supplied data tools make that data available to you in an easy to digest format.
Like everything else relating to Audit Pro flexibility is the key. You can get a quick overview of a class’ performance or drill down to the tiniest detail
about individual students.
There are a number of data views available that give you all the information you could possibly need.
- Chart View
- You can view data about groups as a simple bar chart, this allows you to instantly see areas of weakness for the whole group and can help you spot “holes” in your teaching where skills are not being addressed. You can quickly compare more than one group to see if there are variations across the school. You can even compare previous tests with current data to see if students are improving over time.
- Grid View
- If you want more detailed analysis you can also view group data as a grid. Here you will be able to see skills data for every student in the class and can quickly spot students who are struggling or falling behind.
- User Profile
- If you want even more detail you can view a user profile for an individual student. This gives you more information, such as how much time they have spent on a given skill and how many times they have attempted it. You can even compare the results of two pupils, or the same pupil over time to show evidence of progress. The user profile is the ideal tool for student evaluations or parental consultations.
